I received two disks from Microsoft. 64 bit and 32 bit. I cannot boot either disk on my main system, which uses a HP DVD Writer 740b DVD Writer. I can boot the 32 bit on my old Dell portable and another new portable.
Is there a problem with the HP DVD Writer 740b DVD Writer?
